1. Let us know your requirements giving as much information as possible. Including shoe size, gender,type of riding to be undertaken (i.e. Eventing/Hunting/Dressage etc.).
2. We will mail you a firm quotation and boot specification, plus a best delivery date available. Along with our terms and conditions, together with a self- measurement form.
3. Send us your order and measurement by post, or visit our Northamptonshire workshop (by prior appointment) for measurement. Either way a 25% deposit is required.
4. Order confirmed.
5. You are welcome to attend our works when boots have reached the first fitting stage, or we can skip this stage for overseas customers.
6. When boots are finished you will be advised. You can attend our workshop for final fitting and collection, or boots can be despatched by post. Do try to come to see us as we like to know our customers. We are about 2 hours from Heathrow Airport Junction 18 M1 (5 Miles). The remainder of the purchase price is payable upon collection or despatch.
7. Upon confirmation that you are happy with the fit, we will make the trees for your boots (if ordered).
8. Should you not be happy with the fit (it happens sometimes) return boots for adjustment to your satisfaction. If we cannot achieve this then your 75% balance is repayable. However, do not worry as this does not happen often, but with self measurement there is always a risk. Also, customers have been known to gain or lose weight .
